At Core Results we are not just interested in quick, short-term results, our major goal for our members is to provide them with long-term sustained change and a lifetime of good movement.
Our training is based around Resistance training with a focus on improving Endurance, Strength and Unrestricted movement. This will mean Longevity in training and long term Transformation in both health and fitness.
When it comes to programming for our members, our most important consideration is what the member wants to achieve out of their training. However as trainers and coaches, we have a number of performance goals that we want our members to achieve. As with everything at Core Results we continually review and analyse our programming system and update it as and when we feel it can be improved.
