Emily started working in the fitness industry in 2010, beginning her career in a leisure centre gym. During this time she successfully developed her own personal training business, creating and delivering exercise programmes for clients and advising on nutrition.

After recently relocating to Chichester, Emily worked as a personal trainer in a health club and taught a variety of group classes.
She has a keen interest in nutrition and strength training and leads the nutrition sessions with Core Results.
