When it comes to red meat, we at Core Results recommend the “less-is-more” approach.
When buying your meat, buy a more expensive product, but eat it less often.
I found that when buying a better quality steak from my local farm over steak from a big chain supermarket, not only does the meat have a much better flavour and texture, but I didn’t need to eat as much to feel satisfied.
So, find a local farmer who has animal welfare high on its priority list and be sure to buy your meat from them.
I have been a regular customer at Rother Valley Organics and can highly recommend their meat. You can order online or typically find them at the Chichester Farmers market every second Friday.
