Blog updates

I was having a chat with a member recently and he mentioned he had popped over to the blog and mentioned that we had not updated recently. We was surprised at this as I was certain I had posted all the progress shots of the work on the gym and and added details of what was going on. So I popped over to the blog to see nothing on there. Turns out I have only been updating on Facebook and not on the blog, so I am going to rectify that. I will put a little photo montage together of the progress of the work and do an update of all the changes we have made to our services too.

Got to go and take a member through their paces now, so will be back later with the first update.
