  • Please can you answer the following questions as best you can?

  • Date Format: MM slash DD slash YYYY
  • Ideally weigh first thing in the morning before food/drink. If you have no scales please use the ones at the gym & note down the time you use them.
  • Current circumference measurements in CENTIMETRES?

  • OPTIONAL EXTRAS

  • (Pescetarian, vegetarian, vegan, paleo, gluten free etc).
  • This INCLUDES multivitamins, fish oils, creatine, whey protein (not technically a supplement but most don’t list this as a food) etc.
  • (Type of training, how often etc.)
  • This won’t be long term unless preferred by you.
  • (Include protein/carb/fat targets as well if you know them).
  • ➙ Ideally not a ‘mirror’ shot. Self-timer or another person taking it is ideal! I can take these for you at the gym if needed.

    ➙ Ideally you would be in fitted clothing. Ladies - A bikini, OR sports bra with underwear or shorts. Men – Boxers or shorts. Whatever you are comfortable with though – even if it’s t-shirt & leggings.

    ➙ I highly recommend not skipping this step - it is one of the biggest regrets in body transformations if this is not done!
