MATT PRITCHARD ( Personal Trainer)
Matt was first introduced to sport at 6yrs old boxing, kick boxing and football but his love for fitness came when he joined the army when he was 17. Experiencing tabs, intense circuits, assault courses and many more training methods indoor and out. Unfortunately Matt didn’t complete his training through injury, but from his experience at ITC Catterick knew he wanted to pursue a career in fitness.
Discipline and consistency will give you great results!
Upon completing his fitness course Matt started working in a health club, working group sessions and one to one, but wasn’t until joining Core Results in 2014 where he really started learning new training methods, teaching strict technique and functional movement, keeping people injury free while achieving their goals out of a boring conventional gym!
