MONTHLY CHECK IN

We would love to see how you’re doing each month at Core Results, so we have designed a monthly check-in form for you to complete each month should you wish to. This is in complete confidence & will only be seen by the Core Results coaches. It’s an opportunity for you to be honest, get anything off your chest, celebrate any wins or even let us know if you’re struggling. We want to help give you an excellent experience at Core, so your feedback will help us do just that.

Do you feel you have followed a nutritious diet this month? This will mean different things to different people. Did did you eat out more than usual? Drink more than usual? Get more takeaways than usual? And so on.

Do you feel you have drunk enough fluids this month? No, this does not include alcohol 😉

Name something that you have achieved this month? This could be big or small – it could be turning down a dessert that you’d normally have so you can stick to your goals, it could be having a dessert that you wouldn’t normally have for fear of it making you fat, it could be lifting a certain weight or completing a certain exercise, trying something new, sticking to goals, having some ‘me-time’ in a normally busy schedule – ANYTHING, that has made YOU feel good.

What has been the biggest struggle over the last month? This could actually be a very similar, if not the same, answer to above!
