Changes are here and more are coming

Regular visitors to our site and Facebook page would have noticed a change recently.

Yes, we have a brand new logo. Although the old one was fine, it was always a stop gap until we got a proper one designed.

So why now, you ask?

Well, we have secured new premiss. So we thought we would work on our brand to coincide with opening the new gym.
